You have been issued a membership card. This is an important part of our system to determine not only that you are a member, but that the YMCA is being used by members and guests only. Members are expected to bring their card each time they come to use the facility. Failure to do so will result in lost time for both the member and the YMCA while records are verified, and there will be a $1.00 fee. Please present your card at the Service Center for anniversary date verification.

For the purpose of preserving your YMCA, all members and guests are required to wear appropriate athletic attire. No dark soled gym shoes will be allowed in the gym area or on the racquetball courts. No work boots, jeans or sandals in the Wellness Center. Racquetball/handball reservations may be made up to seven days in advance.

Community Groups: for information on after-hours use of the YMCA facility, contact the YMCA. After-hours is fee-based to cover expenses. Call and ask for Tanya Malinowski.

YMCA CLASS CREDIT
When giving a class credit, a form is filled out with your name and the amount you are credited. This amount can be used towards any YMCA activity within one year of time. All scheduled activities (times and fees) and/or staff may be changed or cancelled at the discretion of the YMCA staff.

Don't forget to lock your locker!

Valuables may be checked in at the Service Center. Always lock your locker. (Bring your own padlock.) The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Locks are available for purchase at front desk.

CHARGE CARD REGISTRATION
Registration may be done by phone using a VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVERY OR AMERICAN EXPRESS for payment. Calls will be taken starting at 6:00 a.m. during the week and 7:00 a.m. on Saturday.

REFUND POLICY:
Payment of class fee is required at the time of registration. Refunds/Credits: The YMCA reserves the right to cancel classes that do not have sufficient enrollment. In that event, full refund or credit will be issued. No refund is given unless class is cancelled by the YMCA. A pro-rated credit will only be given
for medical reasons. A note from the doctor will enable you to receive a credit, as long as it’s presented to the YMCA within 3 months of classes missed. The YMCA reserves the right to reschedule or combine classes. There are no credits given for individual classes missed. Memberships are non-refundable.
