Personal Training Packages are based on clients having a YMCA membership or a daily fee will be required. Packages are non-refundable.

CUSTOM TRAINING PACKAGE

Need new ideas for your workout? Stop the guesswork and get a custom training package fit just for you. Includes a Body Fat Assessment, a printed program, and step-by-step instruction with your trainer in 2, one-hour sessions. This package is for people who are currently in a workout routine. Priced on an individual basis.

"Healthy Lifestyles Program"

presented by the YMCA and Stanford Research Center

  • How satisfying would it be to make healthy lifestyle changes in your daily living - changes you can envision but haven't been able to execute?
  • Are you ready to let go of habits that sabotage your attempts at wellness?
  • Imaging feeling healthier and stronger - both mentally and physically.

Beginning Monday, April 25th the Geneva Lakes Family YMCA will be offering a program that will allow you to break through the barriers that have prevented you from experienciing a more joyful, healthier lifestyle.  Together with the YMCA facilitators and research provided by Stanford Research Center you and your group members will meet regularly for a 10 month period.  We will be emphasizing a gradual approach for the necessary behavior change or changes.  It will take time to change a current habit and make a permanent change.  YOU CAN DO IT!

We invite you to attend our informational meeting on Monday, April 11 either at 10:30am or 7pm here at the YMCA.  You will have an opportunity to meet your group facilitators and to hear more about this exciting, behavior changing program.    LET'S JOURNEY TOGETHER TO A HEALTHIER
